Peripheral Neuropathy Symptoms

Your physical therapist can show you effective exercises for “nerve gliding”. .
Balance and coordination activities. Your physical therapist may work on strategies to improve your balance and coordination, both of which may be altered by peripheral neuropathy. Improving balance and coordination can help decrease your risk of falling.
Patient Education- An important part of your physical therapy treatment for peripheral neuropathy is education to help improve your safety with activities, to prevent further complications, and to keep you active!
