At Aquacare Physical Therapy, our goal is to provide an environment for our clinicians to achieve long-term professional and clinical success. We strive to provide opportunities for our team members to build on the foundation of their education.  Our mentorship program is designed to transition a new or novice clinician into a highly competent and well-rounded professional. It is our desire that our clinicians will be a part of the Aquacare Physical Therapy team for many years to come!

All newly graduated physical therapists will receive the following:

Mentor

All new graduates are provided with a personal mentor during their first 6 months of employment. Mentors are available to offer clinical and professional guidance through scheduled meetings and on an as-needed basis. Clinical skill development will consist of body-part specific, diagnosis-specific, acquiring skills in new treatment techniques and co-treatment opportunities.

Scheduled Weekly and Biweekly Meetings

New graduates and mentors meet initially one time weekly for the first 8 weeks and then twice a month for 16 weeks to assist them in developing their clinical reasoning and skills.
