Milford Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment that you can use to improve strength, mobility, and health under the supervision of a supportive, dedicated physical therapy team.
Aquacare’s mission when starting Milford Fitness Center was to go above and beyond the typical gym experience in Milford, Delaware. Instead, we aimed to create an innovative medical fitness and wellness haven that caters to people of all ages and fitness levels. By partnering with the renowned Milford Wellness Village, our goal is to offer comprehensive health services to the local community.
Working alongside esteemed physical therapists and personal trainers from Aquacare Physical Therapy, our fitness center clients receive a customized program that addresses all their wellness, fitness, and medical needs. We provide a range of membership options including individual and family plans, post-rehabilitation programs, personalized and small group training sessions, senior-focused group exercise classes, as well as informative wellness seminars and lectures. Together, we will enhance your overall well-being and guide you toward optimal health.
Class Information and Details
Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 2 p.m. New classes will be added each month!
Boot Camp Circuit: This class combines cardio and strength training for a full body workout. It is designed for beginner, moderate, and experienced levels. This class allows you to adjust the intensity to fit your needs by using body weight, bands, or weights to progress at your own speed! These Boot camp circuits are constructed to help you maintain and increase your muscle mass, prevent bone fractures, and improve your functional movement. Come join our class and let me help you feel good in your skin!
Flexibility/Mobility: If you are looking to increase your flexibility, rang of motion and posture, this class if for you! We will be working on stretching the muscles and moving the joints freely to help you move more efficiently and with out pain, while reducing the risk of injuries.
Balance/Core: This is a class designed to help improve stability and prevent falls. We will be working on exercises that strengthen the muscles that keep you upright such as the legs and core. Come join in on the fun and build up that confidence!
