One patient at a time. For 27 years, that has not been negotiable.

We are a physical-therapist-owned practice on the Eastern Shore and in southern Delaware. No double-booking, fewer than 11 patients a day, and a pool in the building. Come do the job you trained for.

Why Work For Us?

The specifics, before you apply.

Most career pages tell you the culture is great. Here is the schedule, the caseload, and the paperwork.

Your day

  • Fewer than 11 patients per day, one at a time, for the full session
  • No productivity quota driving your schedule
  • Four-day or five-day weeks, and you help set your hours
  • Documentation in Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes, so charting does not follow you home

Your caseload

  • General outpatient orthopedics as the base, with a real mix of ages
  • Specialty work available from year one: pelvic health, lymphedema, aquatics, neuro, vestibular, dance medicine, dry needling
  • Therapy pools on site at 4 of our clinics, which almost nobody else in this market has; plus, partnerships with local pools for the remaining clinic locations
  • Aquacare Athletics for sports and return-to-play work

WHAT YOU GET

Pay & Benefits

Compensation for each role sits on its own listing. Everything that comes with the job is here.

  • Competitive salary, with the range on each job listing
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus, full-time
  • $7,500 in retention bonuses at years 2 and 3
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • Medical, dental, vision, FSA, short and long-term disability
  • State license renewal reimbursed

YOUR SCHEDULE & LIFE

All of it, in one place.

  • Four or five day work weeks, your choice
  • You help build your own hours
  • 6 paid holidays
  • Twelve clinics, so a move across the Shore does not mean a new employer

EDUCATION & SPECIALIZATION

Growth

  • Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification, paid in full
  • 12-month orthopedic residency in-house, with 1:1 mentorship
  • Residencies in pain, manual therapy, and dry needling
  • Certification paid for pelvic health, lymphedema, aquatics, LSVT, and vestibular
  • In-house courses taught by our own specialists
  • 25+ certified clinical instructors on staff

STUDENTS & NEW GRADS

A third of the students who train here come back to work here.

We partner with more than 50 schools on the East Coast and keep 25+ certified clinical instructors on staff. If you are still in school, start here.

Clinical rotations
Twelve sites, eight specialty tracks, and a clinical instructor who is actually assigned to you. Mock interviews and job conversations before you graduate.

New graduate mentorship
A named mentor, weekly meetings, a protected caseload, and a specialty path chosen with you rather than for you.

Orthopedic residency
Twelve months of advanced manual therapy education, 1:1 mentorship, and lab work that fast-tracks you toward specialist practice.

ALL OPEN POSITIONS

Nothing here fits, or you are graduating in May? We hire ahead of openings and we keep good people on file. Send Cara a note and she will tell you honestly what is likely to open and when.
