Patient Benefit Specialist – Part Time

Annapolis (Fitness Forum of Maryland). We are a busy outpatient physical therapy practice looking for a motivated person to fill part-time (20-25 hours per week). Patient Benefit Coordinator position at our Annapolis Fitness Forum of Maryland Aquacare clinic.

Job Requirements include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Physical Therapy, or Medical Office Experience

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Verify Insurance and Obtain Authorizations for all patients
  • Answer phones
  • Collect Patient Copayments and Post in WebPT
  • Schedule patients
  • Check Answering Machine

Staff Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Salisbury, MD

Aquacare Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist for our growing outpatient physical therapy practice. At Aquacare Physical Therapy we value clinical excellence and offer mentorship programs, specialization through continuing education, and career advancement opportunities. The clinical caseload is typically less than 10 patients per day, with an emphasis on one-on-one manual therapy.

  • Develop and Instruct Patients on a Home Exercise Program and Prepare Patients for Discharge
  • Maintain Complete, Accurate and Timely Medical Records (WebPT)

Staff Physical Therapist with Pelvic Floor/Wo(Men)’s Health Experience or Interest – Full-Time

Aquacare Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist with experience or interest in Pelvic Floor Therapy / Women & Men’s Health, for our growing outpatient physical therapy practice. The clinical caseload is typically less than 10 patients per day, with an emphasis on one-on-one manual therapy.

Aquacare Physical Therapy is a busy outpatient physical therapy practice looking for a motivated person to fill full-time (40 hours per week) Patient Coordinator position in our Lewes, Delaware clinic.

Job Requirements include:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Physical Therapy, or Medical Office experience

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer Phones
  • Check-In Patients
  • Collect Patient Copayments and Post in WebPT
  • Schedule Patients
  • New Patient Intakes
  • Check Answering Machine
  • Post Community Program Payments
  • Reconcile Posting at end of Day
  • Verify New Patients
  • Obtain Authorizations for Patients that Require Auth
  • Active Patient List – Run Report & Distribute to Therapists, Follow Up When Necessary
  • Medicare Cap Report – Run Report & Follow Up
  • Follow Up on Plans of Care That Require Doctor Signatures
  • Monthly Reports
  • Supply Ordering
