Stretches for Multiple Sclerosis

Aquacare student intern Charlie put together an educational video with demonstrations of six stretches that can help people living with multiple sclerosis move more easily.

According to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, multiple sclerosis or MS is a disease that affects the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves, which make up the central nervous system and controls everything we do.
