Your lymphedema therapist at Aquacare/Fitness Forum will tailor a program to meet your needs and goals. You will be treated using Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). CDT is the approach recommended by the International Society of Lymphology (ISL) gold standard for treating lymphedema and includes manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, therapeutic lymphedema exercises, compression garments, and self-care activities.

What is LSVT BIG?
LSVT BIG is an intensive, one-on-one physical or occupational therapy program created specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders. It focuses on “amplitude” – training the body to move bigger and more powerfully instead of with the small, shuffling movements that often come with Parkinson’s.
The standard LSVT BIG protocol is:

Training - Bryan graduated with honors receiving the Sigma Cum Laude Award from Delaware Technical Community College in 2019 with his Physical Therapist Assistant Associate’s Degree. Bryan has been with our Company for 5 years performing multiple duties such as, exercise specialist, administrative assistant and finance/analytic specialist. Bryan's clinical experiences have included both hospital and inpatient settings. Bryan has recently continued his growth as a clinician by successfully completing Part A of The McKenzie Institute International, which focuses on treating the lumbar spine.
In addition, Mr. Morgan serves as our Analytic Specialist utilizing his accounting/analytical expertise.
Vision: Bryans vision as a Physical Therapist Assistant is to stay current with evidence-based research to be a well-rounded and informed clinician to provide patients with the best type of care, so patients can progress with their therapy and personal goals successfully. In his spare time, Bryan is an active golfer and is on the cusp of becoming a single handicap golfer!
Gabrielle Giannone, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant practicing at Aquacare’s East Lewes and Milford locations. A native of Delaware, she earned her bachelor's degree at University of Delaware in Exercise Physiology. She then received her physical therapy assistant degree at Harcum College. She has been practicing for four years. Gabrielle trained with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and specializes in pelvic floor therapy for all genders. As an advocate for endometriosis treatment, she has a true passion for working with chronic pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and post-surgical health. She is proficient and certified in the Mckenzie Method of Mechanical diagnosis and therapy focusing on the lumbar spine. She also enjoys treating orthopedic and neurological conditions. In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys interior design, outdoor exercise, time at the ocean, fishing, and experiencing life with her husky.
Daniel Rios, PTA, has joined Aquacare Lewes - King Street Row to provide orthopedic rehabilitation for patients. Born and raised in Delaware, Daniel graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a double major in Neuroscience and Philosophy and then went on to get his PTA degree from Delaware Technical Community College, receiving the Summa Cum Laude Award. Daniel has helped patients of all ages in various settings including hospitals, nursing homes and outpatient clinics. Daniel is experienced with balance training and general orthopedics, but finds a particular interest in shoulder and hip rehabilitation. Daniel aspires to provide excellent patient care and is excited to start his career with Aquacare. In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing tennis, going on walks with his dog, and traveling.
Tashai Lamadieu, OTR/L, CLT, is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with a strong background in providing individualized care across diverse patient populations. She has dedicated her career to helping patients maximize their independence, improve quality of life, and manage complex conditions through evidence-based therapy.
