Sarah Schneider, PT, DPT


Sarah Schneider, PT, DPT is thrilled to join the Aquacare family, as she enters her third year as a clinician. She moved to Rehoboth two years ago, having come from the University of St. Augustine where she obtained her DPT.
She grew up in the northern Virginia region, where she developed a passion for sports medicine and rehabilitative care as a multi-sport athlete, that drove her decision to pursue a career in physical therapy. Her passions lie in treating orthopedic, sports, and neurological conditions, with a focus on LSVT BIG Parkinson’s treatment.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys playing soccer in the community rec leagues, rollerblading with her dog, or enjoying a walk on the beach.
Sarah Schneider, PT, DPT, holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, which equips her with a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and rehabilitation techniques. Her academic background includes specialized training in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, ensuring she is well-prepared to address a wide range of patient needs.
In addition to her formal education, Sarah participates in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy. This commitment to continuous learning enhances her ability to provide evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient's unique condition.

Additionally, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors, often rollerblading with her dog or taking leisurely walks on the beach. Her active lifestyle not only keeps her physically fit but also allows her to relate to her patients' interests, creating a more relatable and approachable therapeutic relationship.
