Sara Chalabala PT DPT OCS


Dr. Chalabala received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Delaware University in 2005 as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the same university. She became a Clinical Orthopedic Specialist in 2017 after extensive training. Her specialties include Sports Rehabilitation and Foot & Ankle Dysfunctions. Recently she is pursuing a specialty in Women’s Health including incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pre- and post-partum disorders. She takes great joy in helping patients to feel better, move better, and eliminate their pain. What she loves most about her career, is the ability to bring happiness to her patients by guiding them back to the sports/hobbies that they love.
