Jessica Wood, DPT: Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist


Jessica Wood, DPT, is a Physical Therapist at Aquacare Physical Therapy in Salisbury. Jess is from Delmar and graduated with her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2017. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Maryland Baltimore in 2021. Jess’s mission for every patient is to empower them to return to doing the things they love in a way that works for them and their specific needs. Areas of interest for Jess include orthopedic and neurological conditions, gait and balance rehab, pelvic floor conditions and pregnancy/postpartum rehab. She plans to continue to expand her knowledge in these areas to better serve her patients. She has begun to expand her knowledge about pelvic floor conditions such as urinary incontinence, bladder prolapse, and pelvic pain in training with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In her spare time, Jess enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their pets, as well as with her family and friends.
