Jessica Harper, Exercise Specialist


Jessica holds a BSc. in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in the Master’s Degree program at CalU majoring in Rehabilitation Science. She is also an ISSA Master Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, E-RYT and RPYT certifications. She has advanced fitness training in biomechanics, TRX, kettlebells, Pilates and corrective exercise rehabilitation. Being a fitness instructor, personal trainer and a yoga instructor since 2012 has provided her the opportunity to teach to a wide variety of people such as: seniors, pregnant women, runners, active military and veterans, rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain sufferers, people struggling with anxiety, depression and the list goes on. Her passion and specialty is teaching yoga and continuing education workshops in perinatal and pelvic health.
Jessica Harper's educational journey has been instrumental in shaping her expertise as an Exercise Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, which provides her with a solid foundation in health sciences and exercise physiology.
In addition to her degree, Jessica has pursued various certifications, including those from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). This extensive educational background equips her with the knowledge to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs.
Jessica Harper is not only an Exercise Specialist but also an ISSA Master Trainer and a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Her qualifications extend to being a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, E-RYT, and RPYT, making her well-versed in diverse fitness methodologies.
