Dwayne graduated from Delaware Technical & Community College, in Georgetown, Delaware, in 1996 from the Physical Therapist Asst. program. He provided physical therapy interventions, as a physical therapist assistant, to his patients for the next nine years while obtaining his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Wilmington College, in Georgetown, Delaware, in 2001. Then his Master of Science of Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree from Neumann College, in Aston, Pennsylvania, in 2005. As a physical therapist, Dwayne continually strived to provide the most complete comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients. Dwayne has practiced in various settings including; home PT, school-based PT, outpatient PT, and rehabilitation centers. Dwayne specializes in lumbar and cervical pain/dysfunction and post-surgical treatment, shoulder pain/dysfunction and post-surgical treatment, geriatrics, pediatrics, and gait/balance analysis and interventions.

Dwayne and his wife have been residents of Western Sussex County since 1990. They moved to Laurel, Delaware, in 1997 and started their family. Dwayne has been involved with many of Laurel’s community organizations, the Laurel school district, and many of the area’s youth sports and activity programs. Dwayne is proud to be providing physical therapy services to Laurel and the surrounding communities.
