Donielle Brasure, DPT – Clinical Director & Vestibular Specialist


Donielle has 16 years of experience in physical therapy. Her philosophy of care is that her patients are more than their injury. She believes physical therapy should treat the whole person and see them achieve their goals for the most functional lifestyle possible. Her attended Salisbury University for her undergraduate. Then she earned her MS of Physical Therapy at University of Maryland Eastern Shore. After, she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. She has been published in the Journal of Musculoskeletal Pain: The Effects of Aquatic Physical Therapy on Cardiovascular Fitness and Self-Concept in Patients with Fibromyalgia. She is a Certified Vestibular Specialist and a Certified Concussion Specialist. Her interests include vestibular rehabilitation, migraine and headache therapy, aquatics and neurological issues such as Parkinson’s, stroke, and multiple sclerosis. She is an adjunct instructor at Delaware Technical Community College for seven years teaching anatomy, neurology, modalities, aquatics, and vestibular rehabilitation. She is currently the Clinical Director of Millville Aquacare Physical Therapy.

In addition to her doctorate, Donielle has completed specialized training in vestibular rehabilitation and neurological therapy.
