At Aquacare/Fitness Forum, our physical therapy teams can complete your evaluation and create your individualized plan both in-person and virtually. While you can come to the office closest to you for the evaluation, if you need to complete some of your physical therapy sessions online, that works too! We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform that allows the patient to log on to their appointment from home. Our physical therapists are certified in telehealth and work with you to create a treatment plan that is individualized to your specific needs and goals.
