Philosophy of Care and Areas of Interest: I am a strong believer that movement is medicine and that many conditions can be treated and managed holistically with the right plan. My patients goals are the most important to me so I can get them back to doing not only the activities they need to do on a regular basis but the activities they love and want to return to. I have a passion for learning and treating orthopedic diagnoses as well as my newest interest in treating pelvic floor conditions. I would like to further extend my knowledge in the future to work more with patients pre- and postpartum. Training Undergraduate: Salisbury University, Bachelors in Exercise Science Graduate: University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Doctorate of Physical Therapy Continuing education: -Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1/2B Course Your Vision My vision is to help as many people in my lifetime that I can, to live their life to the fullest by staying active, strong, healthy and doing the things that important to them. Something that is becoming more mainstream in this day and age is self-care and the importance of taking care of our bodies and physical activity is a huge part of that. I want to encourage my patients to take care of their body with movement not just while they’re under my care but for the rest of their lives.
