Katie Anderman Brady, PTA, is the Clinical Director of Fitness Forum - Annapolis and Fitness Forum - Kent Island. Katie has more than three years of PTA experience and is a certified LSVT BIG Specialist, certified lymphedema therapist, certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and certified Wellness Coach. She earned her associate’s degree as a physical therapist assistant from Harcum College and completed her bachelor’s degree in public health at La Salle University. Katelyn has experience working with medically complex patients and enjoys collaborating with occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, and other clinical providers. She loves to sail and do just about anything on the water!

Hannah Barger, PT, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Evansville in 2025, where she also completed her undergraduate studies with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Medical Spanish. Hannah has completed certification as a Dance Medicine specialist and is now seeing dance clients in the clinic and also at area dance studios. Having danced competitively for 14 years, she understands the physical and emotional challenges that come with dance-related injuries. Her personal experience fuels her passion for helping dancers prevent injury and return to peak performance with confidence and strength. She is dedicated to supporting patients of all ages and backgrounds, whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, healing dance injuries. or striving to stay active and independent. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and ending the day with a good book.

Leah Lemon, PT, DPT, OCS, MFDc is a licensed physical therapist and board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Originally from the Midwest, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Leah is certified in myofascial decompression and has advanced expertise in treating orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, and complex conditions. In addition to her clinical work, Leah is deeply committed to education and mentorship. She has served as an adjunct professor at Del Mar College, mentored residents in orthopedic residency programs, and guided many physical therapy students. She truly embodies the belief that lifelong learning leads to better patient care. Outside the clinic, Leah enjoys dancing, exercising, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Amy Cyphers, PTA, has always had a passion for helping people improve their quality of life and achieve maximum function. She was a college athlete and completed her undergraduate studies in Sociology and Computer Science before spending five years living in Spain and two years in Mexico. She moved back to New Jersey to raise her children and worked as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 12 years before going back to school to become a physical therapist assistant. For the past eight years Amy has worked as a licensed PTA in a variety of outpatient settings in New Jersey, Florida, and now in Annapolis, Maryland. Although she enjoys working with patients of all ages, Amy particularly enjoys working with the geriatric population and helping them regain/maintain independence. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with family, hiking with her dog, biking, and playing pickleball.

Rebecca Thompson, PTA, has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2006. Rebecca is skilled at helping patients return to prior levels of function in all age ranges from two years old to 98 years old. She is experienced with various manual treatments, cupping, Graston technique, and has various strength training certificates. Rebecca's passion is in post-operative and orthopedic care. She loves to educated her patients, and make sure they have the tools they require to continue to care for their diagnosis beyond physical therapy. Rebecca has taken many specialized manual treatment and exercise theory courses through Great Lakes Seminars. She is excited to help patients reach their goals.
