Three-Sport Athlete Luis Hicks Returns to the Field After Meniscus Tear

“They had me doing lateral movements, quick starts and stops, and even some agility drills that mimicked avoiding tackles,” Hicks recalled. “It made the transition back to football practice much smoother.”
