Home Exercise Program

We provide you the tools you need for your out-of-clinic recovery. Aquacare and Fitness Forum offer a Home Exercise Program so patients can get the most of our their physical therapy experience. Our home exercise program is in partnership with Limber. When patients complete their evaluation and first appointment, they will receive instructions to download the Aquacare Fitness Forum app which appears in your App Store.

Once downloaded, each patient logs into their personal program where they can find all of the exercises they learned during their physical therapy program plus additional exercises recommended by their physical therapy team. This allows patients to continue working at home in order to achieve their goals more quickly.
