I would like to thank Jessica Haaf along with the entire Aquacare Physical Therapy team on Milford Street in South Salisbury, Maryland for all of their planning, patience, and hard work that was required to get me ready for the 2018 Arena League football season. In March of 2017 I injured my knee cartilage playing in the Arena league in Michigan. My surgery was in April and to my knowledge it would be awhile before I would be 100% again. Team workouts were coming in September and I began treatment late in June. From the beginning Jessica and myself established a goal to “get myself back into playing shape” and in just 2 months we accomplished just that! The staff was always friendly, and never made me feel like just a number. Everyone was on the same page and involved in my recovery. Not once did I think that I was being rushed through the process. Playing the offensive line position demands a lot on our bodies so patience and dedication was very important for all of us. I am more than grateful to Jessica along with the Aquacare team and am more than confident that I am ready to lace up and put the pads on again this spring in the National Arena League.
