Lymphedema Therapy
Lymphedema is a chronic swelling that can be caused by:
- Injury
- Radiation or chemotherapy, treatment for cancer
- Damage to lymph nodes
- Genetic causes
When these causes happen, lymph fluid which is normally circulated throughout the body begins to build up in the tissue under your skin leading to painful swelling and discomfort.
While there is no cure for lymphedema, it can be managed with specialized treatment, like the lymphedema management program offered at our Easton, Maryland physical therapy office.

Brooke Bielecki, PT, DPT, CLT, is a board-certified physical therapist practicing at Aquacare’s Easton, Maryland location. A local to the area, Brooke began swimming at the age of 4 years old, eventually becoming a two-time Maryland state champion in the 50-yard freestyle. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia. Here, she swam at the collegiate level for four years and was recognized as the most decorated athlete in the college’s history. She then earned her doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine in Coral Gables, Florida. She is passionate about helping those who suffer from lymphedema, leading her to become a certified lymphedema therapist, as well. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with family, working out, traveling, and relaxing on the beach.

Courtney is a Physical Therapist at Aquacare Physical Therapy located at 598 Cynwood Drive Suite 101 in Easton. As a dedicated professional, Courtney is devoted to treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions by providing one-on-one care and customized treatment programs to help each patient meet their individual goals. She collaborates with her colleagues to provide a team approach to patient care to improve their quality of life.
Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Biochemistry from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, then her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Delaware in Newark, DE. She has significant continuing education in treatment of Orthopedic Conditions and Manual Therapy, and more recently in pelvic floor dysfunction. She has a certification as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor and enjoys teaching and learning from her students.
Courtney’s vision…“My vision is to help maximize patients’ independence and level of function. Many people do not know that there is help with physical therapy for urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor dysfunction diagnoses. I enjoy educating patients and others about how PT can improve their lives.” 
Ginger Titus, PT, DPT, OCS, is a board-certified physical therapist practicing at Aquacare's Easton, Maryland location. Ginger initially came to the area 10 years ago after graduating from college. She graduated from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Health Science and her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She later pursued her Orthopedic Certified Specialist certification in 2018. She is also passionate about helping those who are suffering from vestibular pathologies and concussions which lead her to become a certified vestibular therapist through American Institute of Balance in 2019. In her free time, Ginger enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with reading, crafting, traveling, and relaxing on the beach. 
Maddi Lee Asche, DPT, is a physical therapist at Aquacare Physical Therapy in Easton, Maryland. Maddi treats people of all ages who have sports-related injuries, orthopedic injuries or following surgery, and she is also experienced in manual therapy techniques. She has completed courses in the McKenzie technique of treating spine pain.
She recently completed a course to learn how physical therapy can help support pregnant and postpartum women. With this specialized training, she can work with women at all stages of pregnancy and beyond to help them safely exercise and feel like themselves again. Maddi earned her bachelor’s degree at University of Maryland College Park where she also played varsity volleyball for four years. She completed her doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2016 at University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Maddi enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. 
Jeff Bonnette has over 18 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. As a PTA, with the majority of his experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, Jeff strives to provide his patients with the best possible care. Utilizing evidence based practices, he works closely with a strong team of therapists to achieve optimal outcomes and extremely satisfied patients. Jeff graduated from Rowan University 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education and a specialization in Athletic Training and became certified through the National Athletic Trainers Association - Board of Certification (NATABOC). In 1999, he completed his certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Mercer County Community College and is currently licensed in the state of MD. Jeff is also the owner of Midshore Health and Fitness, LLC which provides athletic training services, ImPact concussion testing and athletic performance enhancement training. Jeff has been the Head Athletic Trainer with Saints Peter and Paul High School since 2005 and has also worked with Talbot County Public Schools, Chesapeake Community College and Easton’s semi pro football team. Jeff has been nationally certified as an Athletic Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for over 10 years. He was recently certified in Functional Movement Techniques and kinesiotaping. Jeff’s vision as a therapist is to continually provide the highest quality of care in an ever changing and challenging healthcare system and to impact each patient in the most positive way possible. It is his goal to successfully treat my patients’ issues and make such a positive impact in their lives that they will want to come back whenever they need help with aches, pains or injuries. 
Teri Eldenburg, PT, is a physical therapist who works at Aquacare in Easton. She earned her Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University in California. Teri treats people of all ages who have sports-related injuries, orthopedic injuries or following surgery. She is also experienced in manual therapy techniques. Teri is passionate about helping people improve their posture and move better so they can live life to the fullest by utilizing a combination of aquatic and land therapy. In her spare time, you will find Teri on the pickleball court or doing anything pickleball related. She also enjoys traveling, the water and spending time with her 3 grown children and grandson.
