I can’t say enough about how amazing Kelly Fortner is. I teach yoga so I am very aware of my body but this particular issue needed attention. She helped me regain my strength and confidence. Her methods and knowledge of how to help my pelvic floor muscles really solved my issues! She is great at explaining everything as well as being funny and calm. She gave me plenty of exercises so I can continue to improve on my own. In just 5 weeks she got me from 40% to 80% strength!
