Since moving to Delaware in 2014, I have been going to the water aerobics classes at Aquacare in Millville. I did water aerobics in Virginia so was happy to find the convenient location near the Giant supermarket. The best part is that the water is warm. My Virginia pool was not a therapy pool, so this water feels so good on my joints. I wear a floatation belt so I can spend the hour not touching the bottom of the pool. My legs feel better when not jumping on the floor of the pool. My body loves this water exercise. Thank you Aquacare.
