In addition to advanced orthopedic and sports physical therapy, this location offers many specialty physical therapy services such as balance and vestibular, dry needling, women’s health, LSVT BIG Parkinson’s therapy, and golf performance therapy.

Specialty Therapies
Pelvic Floor Therapy – Available for both men and women including urinary incontinence fecal incontinence, constipation and pelvic pain. Women’s health specialty programs are led by highly trained gynecological physical therapists.
Balance/Vestibular – This location also specializes in American Institute of Balance Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation for those who suffer from multiple forms of dizziness and loss of balance leading to falls.
Lymphedema Management – Our certified lymphedema specialist can help you manage the swelling caused by lymphedema. Lymphedema occurs when there’s an obstruction of the flow in the lymphatic vessels, resulting in swelling in multiple areas such as arms, legs, neck, head and abdominal region. LEARN MORE

Jonathan Orlando PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, is a physical therapist and clinical director at Aquacare Lewes - King Street Row. A native from Long Island, New York, he earned his bachelor’s and doctorate degree at SUNY Stony Brook. He has been practicing for more than 10 years. He received his certification in manual therapy in 2018, became a board certified orthopedic specialist in 2021 and is currently a fellow in training with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has an extensive background in orthopedics and rehabilitation with training with McKenzie, spinal manipulation, blood flow restriction, and the selective functional movement assessment. Jonathan is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and frequently provides education to physical therapy student’s as a clinical instructor. In his free time, Jonathan is always looking forward to a day at the beach with his wife and three kids. 
Megan Montante, PT, DPT is a physical therapist practicing at Aquacare's East Lewes location. Born and raised in the Pocono Mountains, Megan travelled to central PA to pursue both her bachelors and doctorate degree at Lebanon Valley College. Megan took her first job out of PT school in South Carolina and eventually moved back up the coast where she landed in Delaware. At Aquacare, Megan takes pride in being an LSVT Certified Clinician, which is a specialized treatment program in treating people with Parkinson's Disease. She also treats all orthopedic conditions and balance dysfunctions. Megan has completed McKenzie Part A-C, which is an internationally acclaimed method of assessment and treatment for the spine. In her free time, you can find Megan enjoying the outdoors or traveling with her husband and most adorable puppy. 
Jillian Kemmerlin, OTR/L, CLT, is an occupational therapist practicing at Aquacare Lewes - King Street Row. A Shippensburg graduate, she earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She then completed her occupational therapy master's degree at Temple University. She has been practicing for 10 years as an occupational therapist. At Aquacare, Jillian specializes in lymphedema therapy, earning this certification in 2017 from Norton School. She also sees patients for occupational therapy at Aquacare. She has worked in inpatient skilled nursing rehab and home health as well, however is now focusing on lymphedema and breast cancer rehab. In her free time, Jillian enjoys spending time with her two sons and family.

Training - Bryan graduated with honors receiving the Sigma Cum Laude Award from Delaware Technical Community College in 2019 with his Physical Therapist Assistant Associate’s Degree. Bryan has been with our Company for 5 years performing multiple duties such as, exercise specialist, administrative assistant and finance/analytic specialist. Bryan's clinical experiences have included both hospital and inpatient settings. Bryan has recently continued his growth as a clinician by successfully completing Part A of The McKenzie Institute International, which focuses on treating the lumbar spine.
In addition, Mr. Morgan serves as our Analytic Specialist utilizing his accounting/analytical expertise.
Vision: Bryans vision as a Physical Therapist Assistant is to stay current with evidence-based research to be a well-rounded and informed clinician to provide patients with the best type of care, so patients can progress with their therapy and personal goals successfully. In his spare time, Bryan is an active golfer and is on the cusp of becoming a single handicap golfer! 
Gabrielle Giannone, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant practicing at Aquacare’s East Lewes and Milford locations. A native of Delaware, she earned her bachelor's degree at University of Delaware in Exercise Physiology. She then received her physical therapy assistant degree at Harcum College. She has been practicing for four years. Gabrielle trained with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and specializes in pelvic floor therapy for all genders. As an advocate for endometriosis treatment, she has a true passion for working with chronic pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and post-surgical health. She is proficient and certified in the Mckenzie Method of Mechanical diagnosis and therapy focusing on the lumbar spine. She also enjoys treating orthopedic and neurological conditions. In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys interior design, outdoor exercise, time at the ocean, fishing, and experiencing life with her husky.

Ryan Spotts is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Aquacare Physical Therapy with his home location being Millsboro Delaware. As a PTA, Ryan’s passion is in providing treatment for orthopedic patients. Ryan strives to provide the best quality of care possible to his patients by attending continuing education courses and utilizing evidence-based practice while treating his patients. Ryan also believes in working as a team with other therapists to achieve excellent outcomes for the patient, and to ensure patients are completely satisfied with their treatment.
Training
Ryan graduated with honors receiving the Magna Cum Laude award from Delaware Technical Community College in 2019 with his Physical Therapist Assistant Associate’s Degree. While in college, Ryan had the privilege to have one of his clinical affiliations at Aquacare Physical Therapy, where he learned a variety of Manual Therapy techniques. Since graduation Ryan has taken and passed the NPTAE, and has become licensed in the state of Delaware. Ryan has recently continued his growth as clinician by successfully completing Part A of The McKenzie Institute International, which focuses on treating the lumbar spine.
